Raanan Nir was appointed Joint Managing Director of ICTS International N.V. in 2009.

Before joining ICTS International N.V., Mr. Nir served as the CFO of a number of Dutch international corporation of which amongst other Dunlop Enerka BV, Netagco Holding BV, Decidewise BV and the company itself; ICTS International NV.

Raanan Nir proved to be a challenge-oriented professional executive who has founded Red Flag BV, a Trust company granting fiduciary-, financial- and general management services to foreign companies established in the Netherlands.

Raanan Nir is a graduate (B.Sc) of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Agricultural Economics and holds a Doctoral diploma (equal to M.A.) from the University of Amsterdam in Economics and Business Administration.
