Mr. Getter is the Chairman of our Audit Committee of ICTS International NV. 

He has been a partner of DAMG Capital, LLC Investment Banker since 2000 and is currently the Chairman of the board of Inksure Technologies, Inc.

Previously, he was head of Investment Banking and a member of the Board of Directors of Prime Charter, Ltd., President and CEO of Generics Corporation of America, Chairman of Wolins Pharmacal, Senior Partner of Devon Securities.

Mr. Getter received his B.S. in Industrial Relations from Cornell University.  He is a member of several industry organizations and serves on various boards of both public and private organizations including The American Theatre Wing, The Kurt Weill Foundation for Music and is Chairman of the Audit Committees of EVCI Career Colleges.
